kind staff perfect cleanliness delicious food
the staff was very kind and responsive, i appreciated that so much. the cleanliness was perfect, i have to say. the food was AMAZING!!! the room provided everything i needed. comfort.
i found the lack of air conditioning a very slight issue.

the location is AMAZING! it's super close to everything. i stayed five nights and the staff were always so kind and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the breakfast was rich, and i loved the fine view from my balcony!!!
the pool area lady was a bit rude when i went to refill my water bottle!

i found the location to be perfect near ski slopes. the breakfast offered many options i noticed. staff was helpful. i really liked the constant cleaning i noticed on floors.
the shower door didn't meet properly the water went everywhere. paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. the bathroom really needs some care.

the breakfast was quite good with many varieties to choose from.
I was disappointed with the shower. there was a lot of mould on the grout in the corners, and the door never met in the middle. i also found the towels to be small. I couldn't even wrap one around myself after showering.
